Want a professional DJ to play after your wedding at Castle Coch
If you are having a very large wedding then Castle Coch may not be the perfect location for your Wedding as this venue does not have facilities for a reception or dining. However, if you wedding day is going to be a more intimate affair and you don’t mind having the guest travel to a different location to enjoy the rest of your day then this is a beautiful location to have your ceremony.
If you are looking for a larger Castle why not consider Caerphilly Castle which is more equipped for modern catering and larger crowds.
About Castle Coch
This Victorian Castle is just outside Cardiff and sits in the woodlands on a hill. It is an incredibly iconic location that would give you lovely wedding photos.
Also, since it is council owned it actually makes for a very reasonably priced location. The average wedding there would cost you £450
The ceremony takes place in the “Vaulted Drawing room”. It is a small decorative room that only really holds 30 people at a time and most of the time the guest are standing up during the ceremony.
Another thing is that Castle Coch can sometimes have two weddings on a day so if you are looking for somewhere to “make you own” this is not going to be the venue for you.
Need a DJ?
I have never DJ’d at the venue myself but I have been the DJ for many people who get married in that area and then go on to have their reception else where such as local pubs and hotels in the area.
